Who We Are

HelioVolt is a Dubai-based renewable energy company specializing in EPC, procurement, consultancy, and project development across the full energy value chain. We work with developers, governments, EPC contractors, and investors to deliver technically sound, commercially viable energy solutions — from feasibility to commissioning.

We are not a generalist energy company. We focus on projects where complexity, procurement expertise, and regional knowledge matter most — off-grid microgrids, hybrid systems in weak-grid environments, utility-scale procurement across multiple jurisdictions, and energy transition programs in emerging and frontier markets.

Our team combines deep engineering experience with commercial know-how across solar PV, battery storage, wind, grid infrastructure, and EV charging — backed by established relationships with leading global manufacturers in China, Europe, and the Middle East.

Our Story

HelioVolt was established in Dubai in 2026 as the international hub of a renewable energy network with roots going back over a decade. The network's journey began with hands-on EPC and engineering work across West Africa and the Middle East — building deep expertise in markets where energy access is not a luxury, but a development imperative.

Over the years, the network expanded its footprint — establishing EPC operations in Mauritania and across Europe and Iraq, building a procurement and solution design hub in China close to the world's leading manufacturers, and developing specialized capabilities in energy management, AI-powered platforms, and regional distribution.

HelioVolt brings all of this together under one internationally positioned brand — combining the network's accumulated technical knowledge, manufacturer relationships, academic partnerships, and project experience to serve clients across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and beyond.

We chose Dubai as our headquarters not just for its strategic location, but because it sits at the intersection of the capital flows, project pipelines, and manufacturer networks that define the global energy transition today.

Why HelioVolt

We understand complex projects.

Most energy companies can handle straightforward grid-connected systems. We specialize in projects that require real engineering judgment — off-grid microgrids, hybrid systems in weak-grid environments, utility-scale procurement across multiple jurisdictions, and energy transition programs in frontier markets.

We are vendor-neutral where it counts.

Our consultancy and procurement advisory services are fully independent. We work with the world's leading manufacturers — but our recommendations are always driven by what is right for the project, not by margin.

We have real regional presence.

With network operations spanning the UAE, Mauritania, China, Denmark, Iraq, and Canada, we understand the regulatory environments, logistics realities, and market dynamics that determine whether a project succeeds or fails on the ground.

We connect manufacturers to markets.

Our relationships with leading Chinese and international manufacturers — built through years of procurement, factory acceptance testing, and technical collaboration — give our clients access to competitive pricing, reliable supply chains, and direct technical support.

We are backed by research.

Our partnership with Queen Mary University of London ensures that our engineering approach for complex projects is informed by cutting-edge research in energy systems, grid integration, and storage technology.

We think long-term.

We build relationships, not transactions. Renewable energy infrastructure lasts 25–30 years. We design, procure, and advise accordingly — and many of our clients work with us across multiple projects and markets because of it.

Our Values

Technical Integrity

We give honest technical advice even when it is not what a client wants to hear. Our reputation is built on the quality of our engineering judgment — not on selling the most expensive solution.

Regional Commitment

We are not parachuting into markets. We have built real presence, real relationships, and real experience across the regions we serve — and we are invested in their long-term energy development.

Commercial Transparency

Our clients know how we work and what we earn. No hidden markups, no undisclosed manufacturer relationships, no conflicts of interest between our consultancy and our supply business.

Innovation Through Collaboration

Through our partnership with Queen Mary University of London and our AI capabilities through AIRoundTable, we bring research-grade thinking to real-world energy challenges — giving our clients access to solutions that go beyond standard industry practice.

Long-Term Thinking

Renewable energy infrastructure lasts 25–30 years. Every decision we make — in design, procurement, and construction — is made with that timeline in mind.

Let's build your next energy project together.

Whether you are developing a utility-scale solar plant in West Africa, procuring equipment for a C&I portfolio in the Gulf, designing a microgrid for a remote community, or navigating a complex grid infrastructure project in Iraq — we have the expertise, the network, and the manufacturer relationships to help you succeed.
